Red Rock Modernization Project
Royal Kicks-Off Red Rock Modernization Project
On Monday, August 20th, The Royal School Board, administration, teachers and members of the community participated in a ceremony to kick off the 16 million-dollar renovation project.
Thanks to careful financial planning, a flood insurance settlement and state matching funds, the District was able to move forward with this project without the need to request additional public funding through a bond.
Board Members Michael Noftle and Craig Janett along with Superintendent Roger Trail and Red Rock Principal David Andra kicked off the event by knocking down a wall with sledge hammers. Completion for the project is set to occur in the fall of 2019.
