Beginning in the Fall of 2018
ALL Royal School District Athletic Paperwork
will be done online through FinalForms.
Royal Parents and Students,
We are very excited to announce that the Royal Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
Click on the Parent Playbook to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the bottom of the FinalForms page and click “Use Support”.
We are asking that ALL Parents of athletes use FinalForms.
Please register at: https://royal-wa.finalforms.com and follow the prompts to create your account, then create your student(s), and then sign your forms.
Thank you for your assistance in streamlining our paperwork processes at the Royal High School and the Royal Middle School.
If you have questions please contact the Athletic Office at 509.346.2256, Ext. 3950.

I want to share with you information about a recent event that has affected the entire Royal High School Family. I want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to get through this difficult event with a minimum of hardship and to suggest ways you may help your own children.
On Monday, one of our students, Senior Silvestre Beltran was involved in a tragic incident and has passed away. Silver was known and loved by all at Royal High School. Our sympathy goes out to his family. The Senior Class has organized a vigil that will take place at 6:00 pm on Wednesday in the RHS parking lot for people to show their support for the family.
We are all shocked and saddened by the event. Counselors are available throughout the week, as well as teachers and other staff to serve as resources for our students, staff, and families as they go through the grieving process or have the need to talk or express difficult feelings.
You can help your children simply by talking and listening to them. We don’t always know how a student will be affected in a crisis, but you know your child the best of anyone. Be prepared for your child to do any of the following:
- Claim not to be affected
- Ask a lot of questions
- Act agitated and angry
- Try abnormally hard to be good
- Have frightful dreams
We encourage you to be sensitive with your child and to call us if we can help you in any way. Thank you for your support of our young people.
